Clipboard Forms can be used separately from the main library

The immediate plan is to move all of the history into the library. A clipboard (and history) is more of a service.

The crate exposes a macro library.
Various transforms would be ideal following the syntax of format! and println!

This is a local copy of this excellent crate. It's internal functionality closely mathches the project needs using an alternate method to access tokens and the ASP.
